Chas has been working in the real estate field in Delaware & southeastern, PA for over 25 years. His first experience with real estate was in his father's office at Frank Robino Associates (FRA) in Wilmington, DE. He worked as a builder & land developer under FRA since 1986. This was a 3rd generation family business and he assisted with marketing in the sales of over 30,000 Robino-built homes during his tenure. Chas understands the business from the ground up and is confident with all his knowledge and continued success in real estate. He recently entered the REALTOR industry as a sales agent in the top market-share Berkshire Hathaway team serving Delaware and Pennsylvania. He treats each listing with the care, loyalty and commitment the client deserves. He will get the job done. If needed, he can provide assistance with staging any property and has the resources to hire the necessary contractors to get the project completed on time and at the best price!
