 I am a long-time resident of the Wilmington, Delaware area and work full-time as a REALTOR for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach, REALTORS (one of the largest residential real estate firms in the United States). For over 26 years, I have been licensed both in Delaware and in Pennsylvania. I work primarily in all of New Castle County in Delaware and the southern portions of Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Prior to working in Real Estate, I managed an operations group in the agricultural chemical business of a major chemical company in the area. I have both a Bachelors degree and an MBA degree from Rutgers University. I know from personal experience what is needed when an employee relocates because of work, having moved from New Jersey to Delaware myself.
