As a Russian immigrant who came over when I was 7 years old, I can appreciate an environment where you can grow as much as you want. That is the real freedom that people take for granted, and I am very fortunate to have learned that at a young age. I have had the honor of serving in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman, where I have met some of the best people I still know to this day. I am blessed for that experience because it instilled a certain discipline and drive in me which I was unaware I cold possess. Three deployments taught me more about leadership and reliability than any book or coach ever could. I have had an entrepreneurial spirit ever since I was discharged and lived all over the East Coast pursuing it and living a fulfilled life. After several business ventures, some successful, and some not, I found the liberating industry of Real Estate. I have been ever since and have not looked back. I didn't get into it to sell homes, but to genuinely help people make the right choices. Money can be made anywhere with a little bit of effort, but one has to truly enjoy what he does in order to deliver the best product. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by some of the top leaders in the industry here at Keller Williams, and everything we do is done in a cohesive spirit.
