John began his real estate career over 20 years ago while still attending the University of Delaware. After graduating college, John continued his path in real estate investing in residential building and rehabbing homes. Also during that time, he pursued a career as a Mortgage Banker and worked for 15 years financing primary residences and investment properties. John parlayed his passion for architecture and luxury real estate along with his experience in the mortgage industry into a career with the Mottola Group at Long & Foster. Born and raised in Delaware, his comprehensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods, school districts and homes brings a ”hometown advantage” to the Long & Foster brand, which allows him to offer his clients unparalleled excellence in service. In his spare time, John enjoys hunting, fishing and most of all, spending time with his daughters.
