I have been in real estate for over 30 years. I began as an appraisal assistant taking photographs of comparables for an MAI appraiser in Berwick PA. The business intrigued me and I got my real estate license.In the process I found I loved the thrill of the hunt and soon decided that sales were a better route for me. I sold 30 houses my first full year in the business, but eventually did get my appraiser’s certification in 1992. I am a licensed broker in all the states surrounding DE including PA, NJ and MD. I am a certified appraiser in MD and DE as well. My partners and I are owners in Keller Williams offices in three states from the beach in DE to Cherry Hill, NJ to Pittsburgh. I carry a number of designations and even today still love working with the first time buyer. My real estate sales team of nine and I have achieved sales volumes of over 50 million a year and had years in which we closed over 300 sales.
