Philip is also an Associate Broker in Maryland and has earned the 'Military Relocation Professional' designation from the National Association of Realtors. His previous career as a County Planner in both New Castle and Cecil County has given him a strong background in Land Use issues such as Permitting, land development & zoning. Philip is a graduate of San Diego State University and a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
