Born and raised in Delaware (a rare commodity) I am familiar with all the various aspects of each unique area of the state. My degree in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware, my 35 years of management in a retail environment and my leadership role as an officer in the U.S. Army have provided me with the ability to help home buyers find the most home for their money, in an area that matches their life style. As a father of 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren, I realize the importance of family needs when buying a home. These same skills allow me to market a home for sale in an individual, unique manor as well. My motto of 'Integrity, Dependability and Customer Service' describes how I live my life as well as how I treat my customers. As a Broker, a CRS and e-pro agent, I have additional knowledge and skills that allow me to be among the top 10% of agents in the nation. I served on the board of the Bear Glasgow YMCA, and worked hard to get that facility built and serving public needs. As an officer on the Home Owner Association in my neighborhood since 2008, I have worked to increase the services and decrease the cost of dues, which has been a successful endeavor. Professionally, I am a RE/MAX Hall of Fame member. My personal hobbies are fishing, boating, working on my 'project car' and activities with my family.
