Dawn is a licensed real estate professional who serves both Pennsylvania and Delaware. She enjoys serving first time home buyers and sellers as much as she enjoys serving the more experienced buyers and sellers of real estate. Because of her exceptional customer service skills, Dawn is consistently nominated by her customers for the Delaware Today Magazine's Five Star Professional Award (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and most recently 2020) The Delaware Today Magazine is a magazine who features “The Best of Delaware.” The Five Star Professional award is the result of an anonymous customer survey which covers an area of approximately 9,216 realtors. Approx 679 realtors are considered and only 315 is actually named the Five Star Professional which is less than 3% of Realtors in the State of Delaware. Her motto is 'Because You're Worth It!”
