Melinda A. Proctor is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania graduating from Delaware State University, with honors obtaining a BA degree in Sociology. She is currently a top producing Real Estate Agent at Remax holding awards such as 100% Presidents Club, Hall of Fame, and Platinum Club. Melinda was nominated and chosen as the "Best Realtor" in 2009 by Delaware Black.com, chosen and received a "Phenomenal Woman Award" along with a Tribute from the Governor of the state of Delaware in 2010 by Scholarship of 10, Inc. for contribution to the community in her field and as an entrepreneur. Melinda served as chairman of the grievance committee for the New Castle County Board of Realtors. She served on the professional standards committee and board of directors for NCCBOR for years. Melinda is an active member of Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority INC. Melinda believes that anything you desire in life you must focus on it and do the work needed to make it happen.
