DAR REALTOR Week; NO Walk-ins; Location: NCCBOR; DE/3 credits; Instructor: Barbara Brodoway, Esq. This course provides a practical review of fair housing and agency law in Delaware. Participants will strengthen their understanding of fair housing protections, bias awareness, discrimination prevention, Delaware agency requirements, and the proper use of the Consumer Information Statement to ensure ethical and compliant real estate practice.
