Sandra Hopkins is a dedicated real estate professional, Broker/Owner of American Premier Realty, and licensed REALTOR® in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware with over 22 years of experience in the industry.

Throughout her career, Sandra has been deeply committed to organized real estate, leadership development, and service to the profession. She served as President of the Harford County Association of REALTORS® in 2024 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2019–2025, where she contributed to multiple leadership and governance committees including Executive, Finance, Bylaws, Policy, Strategic Planning, and Nominating.

Sandra is also a strong advocate for professional growth and mentorship, having served as Maryland State President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2020 and President of the Harford County chapter from 2017–2018.

Known for her servant leadership style, Sandra is passionate about strengthening the real estate profession, supporting fellow REALTORS®, and giving back through community involvement and nonprofit service. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to collaboration, integrity, advocacy, and creating meaningful impact both within the industry and beyond.
